The Culinary Institute at Carolina is a ten month certificate program taught two nights per week. The courses are all taught by working certiufied executive chefs who are employed across South Carolina. The program is taught in a series of school and professional kitchens in the Columbia area. The costs for the entoire certiciqte program are amazingly afordable. All graduates who have sought employment in the culinary field are presently working in jobs of their choice. The Univerrsity of South Carolina is located in the state capitol city - Columbia. The Culinary Institute is planned in accord with the cooking competantcies required by the American Culinary Federation.
