
The Institute of Culinary Education is one of the most dynamic culinary schools in the nation, and is an institution in America's restaurant capital, New York City. The school occupies a 26,000 square foot facility in NYC's Flatiron district at 50 West 23rd Street.
ICE's career division offers a fast, intensive 7 to 11 month culinary education. The program has grown to over 700 students a year who come from all over the United States and the world, including Brazil, the Philippines, Israel, Korea, Peru and England. And the school is committed to attracting and enrolling a diverse mix of students. Approximately 30% of the students are of Asian, African American, or Latino background, and approximately half are female.
