A small Applied Technology College in the Cache Valley in Northern Utah. A beautiful College town, population approx. 50,000 surrounded by magnificent mountains and the home of Utah State University. Our purpose is to give hands on instruction in the Culinary field to prepare students for the World of Employment. A basic course in Safety and Sanitation starts you on your way to Quantity Food Production, an on sight Cafeteria for students and staff is run daily by the students in the program. Catering opportunities provide the experience of menu planning, execution of the menu, set up, service and clean up. 1300 hours instruction in the basic class offered.
