The internationally acclaimed Santa Fe School of Cooking is a regional cooking school speccializing in foods of the Southwest. Learn from the chefs that are at the forefront of Southwestern cuisine. The school has been featured in numerous publications as well as being on the food and travel television networks. Both demonstration and hands-on classes are offered and conclude with the "best meal in Santa Fe". Private functions and classes can be arranged at the school for as few as one and as meny as 50. Whether it is a family reunion, birthday party, or wedding activity, we can design a program to fit your needs. We also offer team building cooking experinces in the kitchen desinged specifically to get your group communicating, and build team effectiveness by preparing a gourmet meal.
