We are a cooking school that is geared to the avocational cook. Our classes are usually 2-3 hours in length and cover a wide variety of subjects and are taught by the Roosters staff and local chefs. Various out of town chefs also appear in our cooking school�.George Hirsch (PBS series), Nick Malgieri (Pastry & Chocolate chef/author), Louise Hagler (vegetarian chef/author), Jean Anderson (cookbook author), Nathalie Dupree (author and television personality)...to name just a few. The cooking school also offers extensive team building classes for corporations as well as non-profit organizations.
