NATIONAL CULINARY AND BAKERY SCHOOL IN LA MESA

We provide small class size, less than 10 students, for professional training in Culinary, Bakery, Bartending and fine dining waiter service. Our school provides also job placement assistance for all graduates. We began in the vocational school business in 1976. We were fromerly at the NTC (Naval Training Center) in Point Loma and also in Mission Valley, Sandiego. We now have a very modern new school facility in La Mesa adjacient to Grossmont Center using gass ccoking in 28 feet commercial hoods set up as would be found in a Marriot Hotel. Our Bartending schoo at 8380 Center Dr is on 5,000 sq.ft. with a 81 ft bar. Our chefs are executive chefs with many years of experience. We welcome anyone interested in geting into this industry to please visit our new locations. We are approved for financing to our students requiring no down payment in our Culinary and Bakery and are members of the BBB.
