Look Who's Cooking is an avocational cooking school for the every day cook who is not necessarily interested in a culinary career. The school offers individual and series classes throughout the year and specializes in Techniques of Cooking and conducts a six week course on a continuous basis throughout the year. Most of the classes are taught in the evening and all are "hands on" requiring the pariticipation of all students. The maximum attendance for a participation class is 12 and the maximum for a demonstration class is 20. Individal classes run about $75 each with series classes a multiple of that based on the number of sessions within a series. Barbara Sheridan is the Executive Chef and CEO, is a culinary trained chef having received a culinary certificate from NY Institute of Technology, see has also attended classes at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and individual classes with many well-known chefs such a Jacques Pepin, Anne Willen and Julia Child. Barbara is a frequent guest lecturer at many local libraries, social clubs and senior citizen residences.
