Mastery Of Baking Cakes & Pastry
A Diploma Course
Kings cooking studios offers serious baking students the opportunity to have their culinary education and skills recognized with a "Mastery of Baking" diploma.
Students must complete all three sessions: Mastery of American Cakes, Mastery of European Cakes and Mastery of Pies and Tarts, totaling nine classes and 36 hours of instruction, within 36 months in order to be eligible for the diploma. The complete series of classes is offered yearly and may be taken in any order.
