I specialize in small participation classes of 8 to 12 students with the emphasis on techniques, table settings and wine education as part of the lessons in entertaining. Drawing from my twenty-seven years of holding French, Italian and Asian classes, I now incorporate these themes as part of the dinner classes. Teams work to prepare the menu under my supervision. Once the preparation has been completed, we taste and enjoy the reward of the evening's team effort. Special classes on The Art of the English Tea are demonstrations I present for entertaining with tea and the etiquette that is a part of this elegant ritual. With antique tea memorabilia from my personal collection, the table is set for a theme tea. The tea classes are held on a week-end during the day.
