De Gustibus Cooking School at Macy's Herald Square in NYC is the winner of the International Association of Culinary Professionals "Award of Excellence" for Avocational Cooking Schools. We will celebrate our 44th season this September, featuring many of the world's great chefs. We have demonstration classes, hands-on classes, wine classes in our well equipped kitchen on the eighth floor of Macy's Herald Square in New York City, and classes on-location in restaurant kitchens. We offer many series based on particular cuisines, themes or special subjects. You can design your own menu by registering for an entire series, or mixing and matching individual classes. At each event you'll sample tastings of the featured chef's cuisine, sip specially selected and varied wines from the Kobrand Corporation as well as receive printed recipes of the evening's featured foods. We promise you an evening of great food, wine, and lots of fun! Our Special Events Division can accommodate individual classes, private cooking parties, bridal showers, product demonstrations, and corporate groups.
