Cooking School of Aspen is an intimate classroom setting where the world's foremost talents-Jacques Pepin, Anne Willan, Andre Soltner and Andrea Immer-- share their expertise with recreational cooks and wine enthusiasts. In The Kitchen: Reap the benefits of working alongside the world's top culinary talent, who guide you step-by-step through all aspects of the cooking process, from knife skills to the art of presentation. Learn by "doing," then enjoy the fruits of your labor Cooking School of Aspen-style, with dishes paired with wines selected by our in-house sommelier. At the Chef's Table: Our chef's table seats twenty, and features culinary talent from Tokyo to Tuscany, New York to San Francisco. Our goal is to inspire, educate and entertain you with thought-provoking recipes and instruction, woven into a complete four course dining experience, with wines selected by our in-house sommelier. Private Classes: Corporate team-building, corporate spousal programs, bridal showers, birthdays and cocktail parties are never as fun as when they include private use of our facility, private chef and sommelier, wine & champagne, cooking demonstrations and recipes. Culinary Adventures: Some of us best get to know another culture through an understanding and appreciation of its cuisine-at least, that's cooking School of Aspen's philosophy. Our trips combine cooking classes, visits to food artisans, and phenomenal restaurant experiences with scenic and historic walks, and even safari.
