In Italy, "L'Arte di Vevere" (the Art of living) is more a philosophy of life than an interpretation of life. It consists of balance and harmony between man and nature with respect for a rich culinary heritage, an invaluable resource. Through strict colaboration with the Italian Cenyter for Enogastronomic and Cultural Tourism, our culinary schools are dedicated to the preservation and safeguarding of this philosophy. During the course of our Italy programs, students join with native Italians in their everyday life while reliving traditions of their culinary heritage and paying homage to its important past. Programs held in the United States also address these important issues. Italian programs are held in the following regions of Italy; Veneto, Tuscany, Umbria, Campania, Sicily and Fruili Venezia-Giulia. Plans to open new session in Emila Romagna are underway. Courses in Italy run February through June and September through October while US courses run from November thru January and July & August.
